WELCOME TO 2012! So, fitness enthusiasts, a new year is upon us. And what better time to get healthy & Fit. Check out our fitness programs available to you. We offer kickboxing & bootcamp classes in Iroquois at the Civic Center through the South Dundas Township, as well as in Chesterville through the Therien Martial Arts & Fitness Center. We also have Personal Trainers here to help you with Personal Programs designed to help get you fit, help you stay fit, help you reach your fitness goals, weight loss/gain goals, or just plain health goals. WHO IS WORK-IT-FITNESS? Are you looking for fun and exciting fitness programs? Would you like to improve your strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, core strength, muscle tone, inner peace, overall appearance, your well being, nutrition awareness, or overall health? Our objective at Work It Fitness is to help you to achieve your health/wellness/fitness and nutritional awareness goals. Our trainers have the experience, expertise and passion to push you to be the best you can be. We strive to make you feel fantastic about yourself and your achievements. We offer Group Fitness Classes and one-on-one Personal Training or Group Personal Training. Our Group Fitness classes currently include Women's Bootcamp, Low Impact Adult Fitness, and Kickboxing. Our Personal Training is based on your personal needs. Our successful Group Fitness classes and Personal Training programs have been in place since 2008. Our Instructors have more than 15 years experience together in the Fitness Industry. Our unique programs are fun, exciting, interesting and ever changing, so come join us now!
